A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR FOE
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 15.
The City Council of tne City of Baldwin Park does hereby RESOLVE,
DE'TERMIHE and ORDER, as follows:
Section 1. That, under he provisions of Section TSO, California
Health and Safety Code, the I^iyor Pro Tern is designated as alternate
director for County Sanitation District No* 15, to act as a member of tue
district board in place of the Mxyox* during hia absence, inability or
refusal to act.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of March, 1956.
