A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAJDMN PARK HtOVIDING FCE THE EMPLOYMENT OF A
CONSULTING ENGINEER, AND FIXING HIS COMPENSATION
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby RESOLVE,
DETERMINE and ORDER, as follows;
Section 1, That the City Administrator be authorized to procure the
services of a Consulting Engineer for such engineering services as may from
time to time be required in connection with city operations, and not otherwise
provided for,
Section 2, That the Consulting Engineer be employed in the Planning
Section on the folio-wing schedule; Each Monday from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
and from 2x00 to UsOO P.M., each Tuesday fa-om 2x00 to UsOO P.M., each Thursday
from 2x00 to UsOO P.M. During these hours he shall be present in the office
of the Planning Section to act on any and all matters demanding his attention*
Section 3» That the Consulting Engineer's compensation Is fixed at a maximum of
$6,00 per hour, and he shall be paid seven cents 7^) per mile for use of
his private automobile on city business,
