RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE DEED OF
RAYMOND L. BERRY AND MARION J. BERRY
JACK P. SHANKS AND AUCE LEONE SHANKS
TOGiiEAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a deea to
the following described real property in the state of California, county of
Los Angeles:
That portion of Lot U2, Valley View Acres, as per map recorded in aook
12 pages 86 and 87 of Maps, Records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot, distant thereon South
0 deg. 18' 20" East 59.81 feet from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot,
said point of beginning being the beginning of a curve concave to the North-
east and having a radius of 15.00 feet, and said curve being tangent to said
Westerly line of said lot at said point of beginning, thence Southerly, South-
easterly, and Easterly along sard curve ttrough a central angle of 90 deg.
U5' 15" an arc distance of 23.76 feet; thence tangent to said curve. North
88 deg. 56' 25" East 138.27 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
Northerly and having a radius of 93.00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 13 deg. 20' 50" an arc distance of 21.66 feet,
thence tangent to said curve. North 75 deg. 35' 35" East 50.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concaveWsterly and having a radius of 35*00
feet; thence Easterly, Southeasterly, Southerly, Southwesterly, and Westerly
along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of 206 deg. Ul' 40" an
arc distance of 126.25 feet; thence tangent to the last mentioned curve. North
77 deg. U2' U5" West 50.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
Southerly and having a radius of 93*00 feet, said curve being also tangent
to a line drawn parallel with and distant UO.OO feet Southerly from, as
measured at right angles to, the above mentioned course recited herein as
having a bearing of North 88 deg. 56' 25" East and a length of 138.27 feet;
thence Westerly along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of
13 deg. 20' 50" an arc distance of 21.66 feet to the point of tangency of
said curve with said parallel line; thence along said parallel line South
88 deg. 56' 25" West 15U.OO feet to a point in the Westerly line of said
Lot U2; thence along saj d Westerly line North 0 deg. l8* 20" West 55.20
feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of land fcr street
and highway purposes at a future date,
NOW, THEREK}^, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed by
RAYMOND L, BERRY AND MARION J. BERRY
JACK P. SHANKS AND ALICE LEONE SHANKS
is accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
