RESOLUIION OF ACCEPTANCE BE BEED OF
GTUSEPFE ALBANO ANh ANNA C. ALBANO
AND VICTOR S. GALLO
WERE&.S, there has been submitted to the City of Bald-win Park, a deed
to the following described real property in the state of Calif omia,
county of Los Angeles:
The Westerly twenty-five 25) feet of the Southerly one hundred nine
and one-half l09i) feet of Lot Forty-eight U8) of Valley View Acres, as
shown on map recorded in Book 12, Pages 66 and 67 of Maps, in the office
of the Recorder of said County,
Whereas, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the light to dedicate the said parcel of land for
street and highway purposes at a future date,
NOW THEREK)RE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed by
GLDSEPPE ALBANO AND ANNA C. ALBANO
AND VICTOR S. GALLO
is accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
