A RESOLUIION CF HIE CETI COUNCIL GF THE GL TI OF
BALIMN PARK IN HE CONTRACT FOR STREET SWEEHENG
SERVICES,
WEREAS, the City of Bald-win Park and the County of Los Angeles have
entered into a written agreement known as the General Service Agreement, and
WHEREAS, said City desires to request, under the terns of said agreement,
street sweeping services,
OTJ", IREREFOHE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park pursuant
to the tenns and provisions of that written agreement dated the 2$th day of
January, 195^ entitled Agreement General Services", entered into by
and between the City of Baldwin Park and the County of Los Angeles, does
hereby request the County of Los Angeles to provide throu^i the Los Angeles
County Road Department, street sweeping services to and for the City of
Baldwin Park,
Section 2, It j s

the performance of the
subject to those terms
of January 2$, l9$6.
hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors of
its designated agency or agent, approve and authorize
services requested in Section 1 of this Resolution,
and conditions set forthin said written agreement
Section 3» The City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park is directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Ray Lee, Clerk of the board
of Supervisors, and to Sam Kennedy of the Los Angeles County Road Department,
and to George Wakefield of the Los Angeles County Counsel's Office, and to
the Honorable Herbert C. Legg,
