A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COWCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF HOLT AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
DEPOT STREET,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, There is established a no stopping zone on the north side
of Holt Avenue for a distance of twenty-five feet southeasterly from its
intersection with Depot Street.
Section 2. The curb on the north side of Holt Avenue southeasterly
from its intersection with Depot Street for a distance of twenty-five
feet shaILbe painted red.
Section 3. The City Administrator is directed to execute the provisions
of this Resolution.
Section U« The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted ia the manner
required by law and this resolution shall take effect thirty days after its
adoption.
