A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CUT OF BALWIN PARK
IN RE CONTRACT FOR STORM DAMAGE PROTECTION, CLEAN-UP AND REPAIRS.
WHEREAS, The City of Baldwin Park and the County of Los Angeles have entered.
into a written agreement toown as the Street Maintenance Agreement; and
WBEREAS, said. City desires to request, under the terms of said agreement,
storm damage protection, clean-up and repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does here'by
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1, The City Council of the City of Bald-win Paris; pursuant to the
terms and provisions of that written agreement dated the 25th day of January, 1956,
entitled Agreement Street Maintenance", entered into by and between the City of
Baldwin Park and the County of Los Angeles, does here'by request the County of Los
Angeles to provide through the Los Angeles County Road Department, storm damage
protection, clean-up and repairs to and for the City of Baldwin Park.
Section g. It is here'by requested that the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles Coulrby, or its designated agency or agent, approve and authorize the
performance of the services requested in Section 1 of this Resolution, subject
to those terms and conditions set forth in said written agreement of January 25,
1956.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park is directed to for-
ward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors;
to the Road Commissioner of the County of Los Angeles; to the County Counsel; and
to the Honorable Berber! C. Legg, County Supervisor.

I, Elmer Cook, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, California, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of said
City and was approved by^bhe Mayor of said City at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the day of July, 1956, and that it was so adopted by the
following vote:
