RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE DEED OF
ELISEA B. CARTER.
MIDGET R. GARTER AND
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park, a deed. to the
following described peal property In the state of California, county of Los
Angeles:
The Southeasterly fifty feet 50l) of the Northwesterly three hundred
forty-eight and fifty hundredths feet 348.50') measured at right
angles of the northeast half of the northwest half of lot 60 of El Monte
Walnut Place, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Page 104 of Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said County; EXCEPT therefrom the
northeasterly 370 feet.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said Instrument,
reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of land for street and highway
purposes at a future date,
NOW THEREFORE, BE 3T RESOLVED that that certain deed executed by Midget R.
Carter and Slisha B, Carter is accepted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park.
