RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE HE: DEES OF GEORGE V. GIGLER
AND ELIZABETH F. GIQLER^
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park, a deed
to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles:
The westerly twenty-five feet 2?') of the easterly
one-half of Lot HA of Tract h62h in the Comity of Los
Angeles, State of California^ as per map recorded ia
Book 68 Page 33 of maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County*
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of land for
street and highway purposes at a future date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed by
GEORGE V. GIGLER and ELIZABETH F. GIGLEl, husband and wife, is accepted
by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park.
