A RESOLUTION OF TBE CITI COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF
BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING A DEPOSITARY FOR DEPOSIT
OF THE FONDS OF THE CITT OF BAIDWIN PARK.
WHBEiEAS, under the provisions of Section 363$ of the Government
Code of the State of California, the City Treasurer shall select a State
or National Bank in the State of California for the deposit of aoney
in her cuatocty^ and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer of the City of Baldwin Park has
selected the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association,
Baldwin Park Branch No« 38, as the bank in which she desires to deposit
such funds,
NCW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE ABD GRDER, as follows:
Section 1» That the Bank of America National Trust and Savings
Association, Baldwin Park Branch No» 38 is designated as the depositary
in which the funds of the City of Baldwin Park shall be deposited^
ADOPTED, SIGHED AND APPROVED this 30th day of July, 19$6.
