RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF
FERDINAND M. BECKER AND VERNITA C. BECKER
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park,
a deed to the following described real property in the State of
California, County of Los Angeles:
The westerly 51.9k feet of the easterly 337.71 feet of that
portion of the northeast quarter of Section 7s Township 1
South, Range 10 west, S,B.B. & M., in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, described as follows^
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot h Tract No. 1917,
as per map recorded in Book 21 Page h6 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County; thence westerly along
the southly line of said Lot 1^ 337»71 feet^ thence southerly
parallel with Maine Avenue, $6^9 feet to a point distant
northerly thereon 687.1$ feet from the east and west quarter
section line of said Section 7j thence easterly parallel with
said quarter section line, 337.73 feet to a point on the
westerly line of Maine Avenue 60 feet wide)^ thence northerly
$6»27 feet to the point of beginning*
The above described land is shown as Parcel 63 on Licensed
Surveyor's Map filed in Book 19 page 28 Record of Surveys of
said County.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the
said instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of
land for street and highway purposes at a future date,
N(M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed
by FERDINAND M. BECKER AND VERNITA C. BECKER, husband and wife, is
accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park.
