A RESOLUTION OF THE CUT OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA
RE CURB BREAKING AND CURB VENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cm" OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA DOBS HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS;
Section I* No curb shall be broken in the City of Baldwin
Parjc, California, or gutter installed, or culvert installed over or
across any- gutter until a permit has been secured therefor from the
City Clerk and approved by the City Engineer.
Section.2. The fee to be collected by the City Clerk shall
be the sum of $2»50 per permit for residential driveways or culverts,
and the sum of $12. $0 per permit for any commercial driveway.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lUth day of August, 19^6.
