RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE DEED OF CHARLES E.
BERTHEL and DOROTHY A. BERTHEL, Husband and Wife.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin
Park, a deed to the following described property in the State of
California, County of Los Angeles:
The west twenty-five 2^) feet of Lot 13^ of Tract
No. 62^. as per map recorded in book 68, page 33 of
maps, in the office of the county recorder, of Los
Angeles County.
Except therefrom the north hk feet thereof.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept
the said instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel
of land for street and highway purposes ata future date,
N0^, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed
by Charles E. Berthel and Dorothy A. Berthel, husband and wife,
be accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park.
