RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF RAYMOND L.BERRY.
WHEREAS, there lias been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park, a
deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park;
The South 30 feet of the East of the West of the Northeast
of the Northeast i of Section 8 Township 1 South, Range 10 West,
San Bemardino Meridian accordjjig to the official plat of said
land filed in the District Land Office, April 21, 1877.
EXCEPT therefrom that portion lying Westerly of a line that is
jW&llel with and distant Easterly 10$ feet from the Northerly
prolongation of the East line of Lante Street, $0 feet wide, as
shown on the map of Tract 7701, as permsp recorded in Book 88 page
61 of Maps,
Said 105! feet being measured along or parallel with the South
line of said Northeast of the Northeast of said Section.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of land for
street and highway purposes,
NCW, THEREFOfiE, BE CT RESOLVED that that certain deed executed by
HAYMOND L. BEBRI, A MARRIED MAN, is accepted by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park,
