A RESOLUTION OF THE CCTI COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF
BALDUIN PARK APPROVING AND ACSREEING TO ABIDE BT
THE,CALIFORNIA CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER MUTUAL AID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, EAKL iORREN, Governor of the State of California,
on the l$th day of November, 1950, executed axe California Disaster and
Civil Defense Faster Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf of the State of
California and all its Departments and Agencies;
NOhT, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does, by resolution, hereby approve and agree to abide by said California
Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement^ and the Clerk of this Council
is hereby authorized and directed to send TMO certified copies of this
resolution to the State Disaster Council for filing vith said State
Disaster Council.
