A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF THE
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO PREPARE A ROAD DEFICIENCY
SURVEY OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FOR THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
XHEREAS, there is needed a road deficiency report for the City
of Baldwin Park? and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park desires
that the preparation of the said report be made by the Road Department of the
County of Los Angeles^
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows;
Section 1. the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to the terms and conditions of that written agreement entered into by and
between the County of Los Angeles and the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
request the County of Los Angeles to initiate and prepare, through the Los
Angeles County Road Department, the State of California Road Deficiency Survey
for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park,
Section 2. It is hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of os Angeles approve and authorize the performance of the
services requested in Section 1 of this Resolution, subject to those tenas
and conditions set forth in said written agreement referred to hereinabcwe*
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this Kesolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
