RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED CF RAYMOND L. BERRY
and MARION BERRY, husband and wife, HEIEN T. YOGM&N,
and JACK PRESTCN SHANKS and ALICE LEONE SH&NKS, hasband
and wife,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park,
a deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of os Angeles, City of Baldwin Park:
Those portions of the East 200.00 feet of the West L90.00 feot of
the North 122.00 feet of the South 2$Ii.OO feet of the South 10 acres
of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/h of the northeast 1/h of Section 8,
Township 1 South, ange 10 West, S.B,B. & M., and of Lot 26, Tract
No. ll44l6, as per Hap recorded in Book 363,? Page 23, of Maps, Records
of said County, described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at tha intersedbion of the Easterly line of Tract No. 18^3^
as per ap recorded in Book l-i?2. Page 2li, of aps. Records of said
County, with the southerly line of the future street" in lot 8, of
said Tract No. 16^3$; thencs along the Easterly prolongation of said
Southerly line. South 89° $7' 30" East 0.02 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 93*00 feet, said
beginning of curve being distant South 0° 021 30" West liO.OO feet from
the intersection of the Easterly line of Lot 16 of said Tract No. ll4lil6
with the Northerly line of the Future Street" in said Lot 16; thence
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 13° 20' $0" an arc

WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate the said parcel of land for street
and highway purposes, and the sane is dedicated to public street and highway
purposes.
N(M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain deeds executed
by RAIMOND L. BERRY and MARION. BERRY, husband and wife, HELEN T, YOO-l&N.and
JACK PRESTOS SH&NKS and ALICE LEONE SHANKS, husband and wife, are accepted
by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park.
