A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN HIRK ESTABLISHING
A PAY SCALE AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOY-
MENT FCR EMPLOYEES SPECIFICALLY
MENTIONED,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to modify the salary scale of
City employees established by Resolution.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
Section 1. Effective January 16, 19$7^ the salary scale of the
personnel of the City of Baldwin Park specifically mentioned below, shall be
as follows:

Section 2. In addition to the salary scale as set forth in Section 1
above those men assigned to plain clothes division detective) shall be
coarpensated for their actual expense arising directly from their detective
work and expended by them in an amount not to exceed $20.00 per month. Expense
accounts shall be presented to the City Administrator on the 1st day of the
month or as soon as practical thereafter for the preceding month and prior to
presentation such reports shall be approved by the Chief of Police.
Section 3. The advancement under the salary scale steps of Section 1
above shall be only upon approval of the City Council and no advancement
shall be approved until the Chief of Police shall have recommended sama.
Section U. Except as herein modified, the sa.iary scale of the City
of Baldwin Park shall be as previously adopted.
