RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF ROBERT
B. CRONKHITE and LUCILE G, CRONKHITE, husband
and wife,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park,
a deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park:
Parcel A,
The southerly 15 feet of Lot 11, Tract No. 4624,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 68, page 33, of Maps,
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles,
Parcel B.
The easterly 10 feet of the northerly 15 feet of
the southerly 30 feet of above mentioned lot.
Above described Parcel A is to be known as LOS ANGELES
STREET, and above described Parcel B is to be known as
BRESEE AVENUE,
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, and to dedicate said parcels of land to public street and highway
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed, executed
by ROBERT B, CRONKHITE and LUCILE G, CRONKHITE, husband and wife, are
accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said parcels of land are
dedicated to public street and highway purposes.

I, ELMER COOK, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No, $7-6 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park at the regular meeting of said Council
on the 21st day of January, 1957, and signed by the Mayor of said City, and
that said Resolution was adopted by the following vote:
