RESOLUTION OP ACCEPTANCE RE: GRANT DEED OF RAYMOND
L. BERRY and MARION BERRY, husband and wife.
MiEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park
a Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, to wit:
That portion or Lot 86, Tract No, S99, as per Ha? recorded
in Boole 18, pa^e 95 of laps. Records of said County, described as
follows:
That portion of the Northeasterly 1,00 foot of said Lot 86,
lying within a strip of land of uniform width of 60.00 feet,
lying 30,00 feet on each side of the Northeasterly prolongation
of the center line of Paddy Lane as shown on Map of Tract No. 16895
recorded in Book 391, pages 1 and 2 of Maps, Records of said County.
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrui ant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
RAYTOND L. BERRY and 1ARION BERRY, husband and wife, are accepted by the
City Council of tlie City of Baldwin Park.
ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED flits 21st day of January, 1957.
