A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A PORTION OF LAURKNS
STREET AS A NO PAIRING" AREA ON TOE EASTERLY
SIDE OF LAURENS STOEET NORTH OF RAMONA BOULEVARD.
iffiiEBSAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant to the
authority granted by Section 459.o of the Vehicle Code of the Stece of California,
determxnes to establish a portion of Laurens Street as an area where vehicles
are prohibited from parking at all hours of the day or night;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
Section 1, Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 459.8 of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby establish the following portion of Laurens Street in the City
of Baldwin Park as an area where vehicles are prohibited from parking at all hours
of the day or night.
Section 2, The portion of Laurens Street upon which vehicle parking is
prohibited is designated as follows:
The Easterly side of Laurens Street North of the intersection of
Laurens Street and Ramona Boulevard for a distance of eighty 80)
feet.
Section 3, The City Administrative Officer is directed to cause the
curb in the designated portion of Laurens Street to be painted red,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this
