A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP BALDWIN PARC ESTABLISHING* HO PARKING" SIGNS
ON INA STREET,
HIERBAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to the authority granted by Section 459*8 and Section 465 of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, determines to establish a portion of Ina Street
a« aa area where vehicles are prohibited from parking at all hours of the day
or night;
NOT, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 459,8
and Section 465 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby establish tee following portion
of Ina Street in the City of Baldwin Park as an area wfaere vehicles are prohi-
bited froa parking at all hours of the day or night,
Section 2, The portion of Ina Street upon idiich vehicle parking
is prohibited is designated as followsx
that portion of Ina Street north of the center line of the
paved area for a distance of ninety 90) feet west of the curbline
at the easterly extremity of the paveaent on said Ina Street in the
block lying to the east of Main Street; and
That portion of Ina Street south of the center line of the
paved area for a distance of One hundred sixty^five 165) feet west
of the curbline at the easterly extremity of the pavement on said
Ina Street in the block lying to the east of Main Street,
Section 3, The City Administrative Officer is directed to cause
No Parking" signs to be erected and maintained at the portion of Ina Street
set forth in Section 2 above*
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this S 5- day of February, 1957.
