RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE DEED OF
ORRIN E. KING and MARY C. KING*
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, described as follows;
A strip of land forty feet 40*) in width and eighty feet 801) in
length along and parallel to the most westerly and southerly part of
Lot No, 6, Tract 4911, as per Map Book 85, Page 13, of Maps, Official
Records of Los Angeles County, California;
and also the following strip of land, described as follows:
A strip of land fifteen feet 15') in width and One hundred forty-one
and 65/100 feet 141*65') in length along and parallel to the southerly
line of Lot No. 6, Tract 4911. as per Map Book 85, Page 13 of Maps,
Official Records of Los Angeles County, California;
It is understood that each of the above grantors grants only that
portion of the above described strips of land which is included within
land owned by said grantors, or in which said grantors are interested;
and
WERKAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate said parcels of land for street
and highway purposes at a future date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that that certain deed executed by
OKRIN E. KING and MARY C. KING, husband and wife, is hereby accepted by the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, and the City of Baldwin Park reserves
the right to dedicate said parcels of real property to street and highway
purposes at a future date,

certify that the foregoing Resolution No, 57"20 was adopted by the City
Council o^.tbe City of Baldwin Park at the regular meeting of said Council on
the fs day of February, 1957, and signed by the Mayor of said City,
and that said Resolution was adopted by the following vote:
