A RESOLUTION OF TOE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, SETTING DATE FOR SPECIAL
EEBCTION TOR THE PURPOSE OF FILLING VACANCIES
IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMEN.
WHEREAS, a special Municipal election was held in the City of Baldwin
Park on February 26, 1957, at which election Hub H. Bloxhaia and Tirainado
Scovotti were recalled from the office of Councilman; and
WHEREAS, Section 11120 of the Elections Code of the State of California
prescribes that the City Council shall call an election to fill these vacancies
not less than sixty 60) nor more than seventy-five 75) days hereafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve, determine and order as follows:
i Section 1, That a special Municipal election shall be held on the
/-* day of May, 1957, for the purpose of filling the existing vacancies
in the office of Councilman of the City of Baldwin Park,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this f^ day of //^ o b 1957.
