A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING" AREA AT ALL INTERSECTIONS.
WIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to the authority granted by Section 459.8 of the Vehicle Code of the State of
California, determines to establish a portion of the curbline at all inter-
sections of the City of Baldwin Park as an area where vehicles are prohibited
from parking at all hours of the day or night;
NOSftf. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 459,8 of
the Vehicle Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby establish the following portion of all intersections
in the City of Baldwin Park as an area where vehicles are prohibited from
parting at all hours of the day or night*
Section 2, The portion of all intersections upon which vehicle
parking is prohibited is designated as follows:
The radius of all curblines at all intersections*
Section 3, The City Administrative Officer is directed to cause
the radius of all curbs at all intersections to be painted red.
