RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE HE: DEED OF ADA B,
CURRY.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park
a deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park;
A strip of land ten 10*) feet in width, described as
follows:
The most southwesterly 10' of the most southeasterly
115,68' of Lot 29, Tract No. 718, as per map recorded
in Book 17, Page 17, of Maps, Records of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California;
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, and to dedicate said parcels of land to public street and highway
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed, executed
by ADA B, CURRY is accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said parcel of land is dedica-
ted to public street and highway purposes,
