RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OP C. II. PRICKLE,
A married man.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
deed to the following described real property in the State of California.
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park:
That portion of Lot 11 of Tract No. 139S, as per
Map recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, State of California, in
Book 18, Pages 164 and 165 of Maps, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said
Lot 11, distant thereon S. 0° 12* 25" E. 100.04 feet
from the northeast corner of said lot; thence
continuing alonj said easterly line, S. 0° 12* 25" E.
50.00 feet; thence S. 89° 141 20" W. 99.00 feet; thence
N. 0° 12* 25" W. 50.00 feet; thence N. 89° 14* 20" E.
99.00 feet to the point of beginning,
AND WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the
said instrument, and to dedicate said parcels of land to public street and
highway purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain deed, executed by
C, H. FRICKLE, a married man, is accepted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said parcel of land is dedicated
to public street and highway purposes,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6 day of /^ d^f_____,1957.
