RESOLUTION OP ACCEPTANCE RE: GRANT DEED OF C. H. PRICKLE
a married man,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park, a
Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, to wit:
A parcel of land one foot I1) in width and fifty
feet 50T) in length, described as follows;
That portion of Lot 11 of Tract No. 139G, as per
inap recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angdes County, Srafce of California, in
Bool: 18, Pages 164 and 165 of Maps, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said
Lot 11, distant tliereon S. 0° 121 25" E. 100.05 feet
fron the northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence
continuing along said westerly line, S. 0° 12' 25" E.
50.00 feet; thence K. 89° 141 20" E. 1.00 foot;
thence N. QO 12» 25" W. 50.00 feet; thence S. 89° 14»
20" IV. 1.00 foot to the point of beginning,
mEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the
said instrument;
NOW, TOEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
C. H, FRICKLE, a married nan, is accepted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park.
