A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THH CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF SAMUEL R.
ZII^tERMAN AS CITY ATTORNEY.
WHERBAS, SAMUEL R. ZIN^ERMAN was appointed City Attorney of the
City of Baldwin Park by Resolution No. 1, adopted January 25, 1956; and
WHEREAS, he served continuously in that capacity until May 31,
1957; and
UHERBAS, he has tendered his resignation, effective upon the
employment of another Attorney;
NOW, TOEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows;
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
accepts with regret the resignation of Mr. Zimmenaan, effective May 31, 1957.
Section 2. That the City Council expresses its sincere apprecia-
tion for the fine manner in which Mr. Zimmerman has helped organize and guide
the City of Baldwin Park during the first months of its existence; that his
service has been particularly meritorious because of the peculiarly trying
conditions, legally and administratively, that have existed during this period.
Section 3. That the City Clerk be directed to furnish Mr. Zinunerman
a certified copy of this Resolution, properly signed and attested,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of June. 1957.

do HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of said City and was approved by the Mayor of said City at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day of June. 1957. and that it was
adopted by the following vote:
