A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF IHE CITY
OF BALDTON PARK ADOPTING TOE CITY BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF IHE CITY FOR OHE
1957-58 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared and submitted to
the City Council a proposed budget for the 1957-1958 fiscal year, starting
July 1, 1957, and
WHEREAS, the City Council as the legislative body of the City
has reviewed and modified this proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary
for the efficient management of the City that certain sums of revenue of
the City be appropriated to the various departments, offices, agencies, and
activities of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows;
S^TION 1; A certain document on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, being marked and designated Annual
Budget for the 1957-58 Fiscal Year," which said document as prepared by the
City Administrator, amended by the City Council, and consisting of three
pages, is hereby adopted for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1957.
SECTION 2: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated
from the revenue of the City of Baldwin Park to the following-named
departments, offices, agencies, and activities of the City for expenditure
during the 1957-58 fiscal year;
