A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING A RESERVE FUND
FOR THE PAYMENT OF CLAIMS DUE AND UNPAID ON
JUNE 50, 1957, AGAINST THE CITY OF BALOWIM PARK.
WHEREAS, there were outstanding and unpaid on June 50,
1957, claims against the City of Baldwin Park in the approximate
amount of $20,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows;
SECTION I, That there shall be set aside from the unex-
pended funds in the treasury of the City of Baldwin Park on June 50,
1957, the sum of $20/000.00 as a reserve to pay outstanding claims
against the City of Baldwin Park which accrued prior to June 50th,
1957, and remained unpaid on that date.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this lat day of JTlly_____, 1957.
