RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK APPROVING AGREEMENT WIIH LOS ANGELES COUNTY FOR
FINANCING AND CONDUCTING RECREATION PROGRAM UNDER THE
COUNTY ADA SUBSIDY PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has entered into an agreement
with the Baldwin Park School District for conducting a recreational
program on the school grounds within the City of Baldwin Park with funds
allocated by the City of Baldwin Park, the Baldwin Park School District
and the County of Los Angeles,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park as follows:
Section 1. That it is the desire of the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park that the recreation program under the County A.D.A.
Subsidy Program be conducted on the elementary school grounds within the
City of Baldwin Park,
Section 2. That it is agreeable to the City of Baldwin Park
that the subsidy payments be directed to the School District, since the
City and the School District have agreed that the School District will be
operating the program.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of July, 1957.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park at the regular meeting of said Council
held on the 15th day of July, 1957, and signed by the Mayor of said
City, and that said Resolution was adopted by the following vote:
