RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP
BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING SIMON EISNER AND
ASSOCIATES AS THE PLANNINO CONSULTANTS FOR THE
CITY'S FEDERAL AID PLANNING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Baldwin Park has recommended the appointment of Simon Elsner
and Associates as the Consultant for the City's Federal Aid
Planning Program, and
WHEREAS, Simon Elsner and Associates are qualified
to do the work involved, and
WHEREAS, it la to the best interests of the City of
Baldwin Park that this appointment be made,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: Simon Eisner and Associates are hereby
appointed the Planning Consultants for the City of Baldwin
Park's Federal Aid Planning Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1957.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
