RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF
G—zge L, Daniels and Lily V, Daniels, husband and wife,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, described as follows;
A strip of lafid thirty 30) feet in width aad sixty-six 66)
feet in length, aad further described as follows;
Being the aost westerly thirty 30) feet e€ the North one-half
1/2) of Lot 106, Tract Mo« 4624, as per Map Book 68, Page 33,
o f Maps, Records of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California;
It is understood that each of the above grantors grants only that
portion of the above described strip of land which is included within land owned
by said grantors, or in which said grantors are interested; and
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate said parcel of land for street and
highway purposes at a future date:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
George L, ftaniels aad Lily V. Daniels, husband aad wife,
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, and the City
of Baldwin Park reserves the right to dedicate said parcel of real property to
street and highway purposes at a future date,
