RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF
OBQRGB L* DANIELS aad LILT V* DAMIBLS, husbuxl and wife
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, described as follows:
A strip of land twenty 30) feet la width and sixty-six feet
66') in length, and further described as follows:
Being the ost easterly twenty 20) feet of the Morth one^half
1/2) of Lot 106, Tract No. 4624, as per Map Book 68, Page 33,
of Maps, records of the County iteoorder of Los Angeles County,
California;
It is understood that each of the above grantors grants only that
portion' of the above described strip of land which is included within land owned
by said grantors, or in which said grantors are interested 5 and
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate said parcel of land for street and
highway purposes at a future date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
gaOBGE L. DAMIBLS and LILY Y> DANIELS, hasband sad yjfe,_________
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, and the City
of Baldwin Park reserves the right to dedicate said parcel of real property to
street and highway purposes at a future date.
