RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF
BALDWIN PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT, of the County of Los Angeles
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, described as follows:
PARCEL A: A strip of land thirty feet 30') in width, and further
described as follows:
A piece or parcel of land commencing North 650 ft,
from the center of Section 8, T. IS,, R. 10 W.,
S.B.B. & M., which point is on the westerly line of
Borel Street thirty feet 30*) in width; thence North
to the Southerly line of Nubia Street fifty feet 50')
in width; thence west along the southerly side of Nubia
Street thirty feet 30'); thence south to a point that
is thirty feet 301) west of the point of beginning;
thence East to the point of beginning. Part of the
Southeasterly 1/4 of the Northwesterly 1/4 of Section 8.
PARCEL B: A strip of land thirty feet 30*) in width, and further
described as follows:
A piece or parcel of land beginning at the intersection
of the West line of Borel Street thirty feet 30') in
width and the South line of Nubia Street fifty feet 501)
in width, which point is 1290 ft. north of the center
of Section 8, T, IS., Ra. 10 W., S.B.B. & M,; thence
West along the South side of Nubia Street 330 ft. to
th true point of beginning; thence North thirty feet
30'); thence West 330 ft. parallel with the South line
of Nubia Street with a uniform width of thirty 30') feet
It is understood that the above grantor grants only that portion of
th6 above described strip of land which is included within land owned by said
grantor, or in which said grantor is interested; and
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate said parcel of land for street and
highway purposes at a future date;
NOW, THERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
BALDWIN PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT, of the County of los Angeles, is hereby accepted
by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, and the City of Baldwin Park
reserves the right to rtedicate said parcel of real property to street and highway
purposes at a future date,
