A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 76.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
has heretofore adopted Sections 1^/^ f through P/l* of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, creating the office of
Chief Administrative Officer, which sections define the
powers and duties of said Chief Administrative Officer in
regard to the hiring and discharge of city employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION \t
Resolution No. 76, which was passed and adopted on the
19th day of November, 1956, is hereby repealed*
SECTION 2:
Notwithstanding the provisions of this resolution, all
appointed and salaried personnel of the City shall serve
at the pleasure of the City Council.
