ILESOLDTION OF ACCEPTANCE RE: DEED OF
JOHN A. ALIEN, a widower, and HARRIETT C. ALIEN, a single woman, brother snd sister
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Baldwin Park a
Deed to the following described real property in the State of California,
County of Los Angeles, City of Baldwin Park, described as follows;
A strip oF land thirty 30) feet in width, and One hundred Ninety 190) feet
long, and further described as follows:
Being the most easterly thirty 30) feet of the southerly One nundred
ninety 190) feet of Lot 32 of Valley View Acres, as per Map recorded
in Book 12, pages 86 and 8? of Maps, records of t- e County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California.
It is understood that each of the above grantors grants only that
portion of the above described strip of land which is included within land owned
by said grantors, or in which said grantors are interested; and
WHEREAS, the said City of Baldwin Park desires to accept the said
instrument, reserving the right to dedicate said parcel of land for street and
highway purposes at a future date:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain Deed executed by
JOHN A. ALIEN ajid HARRIETT C. JL.LEN
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, and the City
of Baldwin Park reserves the right to dedicate said parcel of real property to
street and highway purposes at a future date.
