WHBREAS, plan? and specifIceAl^ns, toother with
careful eatloates of the coats and expenses for certain
afreet work In the City of Baldwin park, California, have
been presented to this City Council^ said plana and spec-
ifications being designated, respectively, Plan ana Profile
No. 56-21*, consisting of one sheet and Specifications No,
56-2", and
WHEREAS, as assessment district map designated
Map of Assessment District No, 1956-2% coneiating of one
sheet, showing the boundaries of the territory to be benefited
by said work and to be specially assessed therefore has been
presented to this City Council; and
WHKR2AS, proceedings for the construction of si&d
work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911j Division
7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOBS HERKBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORSSR as follows:
