RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OP BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, OR-
DERING PILING OF PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND DISTRICT MAP FOR CONSTRUCTION
OP CERTAIN STREET WORK.
Assessment District No. 1956-3)

WHEREAS, plans and specifications, together with
careful estimates of the costs and expenses for certain
street work in the City of Baldwin park, California, have
been presented to this City Council, said plans and spec-
ifications being designated, respectively, Plan and Profile
No. 56-3", consisting of one sheet and Specifications No.
56-3", and
WHEREAS, as assessment district map designated
Map of Assessment District No. 1956-3", consisting of one
sheet, showing the boundaries of the territory to be benefited
by said work and to be specially assessed therefore has been
presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, proceedings for the construction of said
work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911^ Division
7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:

fications for said work and Improvement are hereby approved
and are hereby ordered to be filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Baldwin park, California.
Section 2, That said assessment district map is
hereby approved and hereby ordered to be filed with the
said City Clerk.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this Y^ day of
