RESOLUTION NO. 57-102
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1956-3.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by resolution of
intention. Resolution No. JT^--/^/ initiated certain pro-
ceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of
the Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, this City has no Superintendent of Streets
at the present time,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 5012 of the
Streets and Highways Code A. A. BLAKESLEY is hereby appointed
as the person to perform the duties imposed upon the Super-
intendent of Streets under the proceedings contemplated by
said Resolution No. S'7^/ C f under and pursuant to the
Improvement Act of 1911s an^ sil of the provisions of said
Act applicable to the Street Superintendent shall apply to
said person herein appointed.
