A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALWIN PARK, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO REZONE
PROPERTY AFTER THE COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN CONDI-
TIONS BY THE PROPERTY OWTER Zone Case No. Z-36)
WHERBAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park have held anr conducted public healings pursuant to
State law and the Baldwin Park Municipal Code; and
lliHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public welfare
will be benefited if the conditions which are set forth in this resolution
are complied with prior to the passage of an ordinance changing the zone of
the property described in this resolution;
NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Parl; does
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. In the event that the owner of the property described
in resolution No. 186 of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park
complies within twelve months hereof with the conditions as set forti" in said
resolution, then the City Council declares that it will pass an ordinance
rezoning the property described in said resolution to the zone as so
recommended by the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October 1957.
