A RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO RE20NE
PROPERTY AFTER THE COMPLIANCE WITH CERTAIN CONDI-
TIONS BY 1HE PROPERTY OWNER Zone Case No. 2-37)_
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park have held and conducted public hearings pursuant to
State law and the Baldwin Park Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public welfare
will be benefited if the conditions which are set forth in this resolution
are complied with prior to the passage of an ordinance changing the zone of
the property described in this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. In the event that the owner of the property described
in Resolution No» 187 of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park
complies within twelve months hereof with the conditions as set forth in said
resolution, then the City Council declares that it will pass an ordinance
rezoning the property described in said resolution to the zone as so
recommended by the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28-th day of October_____^ 1957,
