WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park has been requested to vacate the Northerly l\2 feet of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Tract No. 1^306, within the City. NO//, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 1, 2 and 3> Part 3^ o^ Division 9, of the Streets and Hi ghways Code of the State of California, being Sections 8300 through 8331, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to vacate the Northerly L\2. feet of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Tract No. 1^306, within the City. SECTION 2. The legal description of that property which the City Council does hereby declare its intention to vacate is set forth in EAHIBIT A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 3. The City Council does hereby refer LO that certain map on file in the office of the City Clerk entitled Vacation of future street shown as the Northerly 4^ feet of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Tract 1^306," for particulars as to the proposed vacation. SECTION Ij-. The City Council does hereby fix the 2nd day of December____, 19^7^ at the hour of 8^00 otclock P.L. in the Council Chambers at the Old Central School Auditorium, 006 North Pacific, Baldwin Park, California, as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECT I ON The City Engineer of the City of Baldwin Park shal1 post notices of said vacation conspicuously along the 1ine of the street or part thereof proposed to be vacated at least ten days prior to pecgnd___________, 19^7. Such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart but at least three notices shal1 be posted. Such notices shal1 state the passage of this Resolution of Intention and the time and place of the public hearing as set forth in this Resolution of In Lent ion. SECTION 6.
