Reference is hereby made to said Resolution No, 7-101 and to plans which include profiles and detailed draw- ings) for said wo^k which-are designated Pl^n and Profile No. 56-3^, on file in the pffAce of e±^ ciw^ and to specifications for said Work, which are designated Specifications No. 56^3", at3b on file in trhe office of said City Clerk, for a More par^ftMar description pf ii^^work and for the grades at which such work shall be done. For the particular description of said assessment district reference is hereby made to said Resolution No. 57-101. Section 3, That this City Council determines and declares that serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of six per cent 6^) per annum shall be issued to represent each assessment of fifty dollars 50) or oyer remaining unpaid for thirty 30) days after the date of recordatlon of the warrant. Said serial bonds shall extend over a period ending nine 9) years from the second day of January next succeeding the next October 15th following their date. Said bonds shall contain redemption provisions providing for a premium of five per cent 5^) of the unpaid principal pursuant to Section 6464 of the Streets and Highways Code. Said bonds shall be issued i under the Improvement Act of 1911^ Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. Section 4. That said work and all proceedings therefor shall be done and performed under and in accordance with said Improvement Act of 1911. The time fixed for the opening of bids shall be 7s30 o'clock p. M^ December 2, 1957^ and proposals or bids may be delivered to the City Clerk of aid City up to the hour of 5:00 P. M. on said day.
