A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CIT…ÅÙÕ
BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE COUNTY
ENGINEER TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES.
THE CÃd¿›HUNCIL CF THE CITI CF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOlyE AS
FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The City Council of the”J™ê¡'of Baldwin Park hereby
requests the following designated services to be performed by the
County £IÜ÷¶ber on behalf of said City, all pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the Geneqal Services Agreeû”õíøphich said City entered
into with the County of Los Angeles on January 2$, 1?$6:
Civil engineerO#빯hrk within the scope of the duties
of the County Engineer and the collection, as agent of
the Cit-K–ö¾'all fees therefor imposed by said City or which
the City is entitled to collect.
Said servicesâ¤ôÿøso be performed upon direction of the City
Engineer.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certifyŠ
ôº¬oe adoption of this
resolution and shall transmit a certified copy therelf to the County
of Los6(Þý½kes.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this l6th day of December, 1957.
