RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO BE THE TAX
COLLECTOR FOR BUSINESS LICENSE PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Subsection c) of Section 6100 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code provides that the City Council may by
resolution appoint the officer to carry on the duties of
the Tax Collector for the purpose of the business license
regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows;
The Director of Finance of the City of Baldwin Park is
hereby appointed as the officer to carry out the duties and
to have the authority of the Tax Collector of the City of
Baldwin Park, as set forth in Article VI of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.

was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
