HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958 020 CC RESO1958 020 CC RESO¼òw @|^¼RESOLUTION NO, $8-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUITIL OF THE CITY OF BAJffiWIN PARK RE ELIGIBILITY F® SURPLUS FEDERAL PROPERTY. TOERSAS, by Public law 6%, Sirfch Congress 70 Stat. 1*93), the Federal Government has authorized the donation of surplus Federal property for civil defense purposes 5 and WISREAS, certain conditions are imposed by the Federal Civil Defense Administration, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, the California Disaster Office, and the Surplus Property Division of the State Department of Education in connection with Division of the State Department of Education in connection with the acquisition of such property; and WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park desires to become eligible to acquire such property; NCM, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of said City that EUGEI® R.
