A RESOLUTION OF THE CITT OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING
A PETTI GASH FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING ME CHIEF
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO PURCHASE ADMINISTRATIVE
SUPPLIES,
WHERE&S, the City Council of the-City of Baldwin Park does hereby
determine that it is advisable for the efficient managment of the City that
a Petty Cash F-und of $2$0.00 be created for the purposes as set forth in
this resolution,
N(M, 3HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1: There is hereby created and established a Petty Cash
Fund in the sum of $2$0.00,
Section 2; Said Petty Cash Fund shall be under the control of
the Chief Administrative Officer, and no other employee or officer of the
City shall have any right to administer the fund.
Section 3s Bie Chief Administrative Officer shall use the money
in said fund so&ly for the purpose of purchasing administrative supplies
and materials for all departments of the City.
Section 1^: The Chief Administrative Officer shall keep a detailed
accounting of the fund, and before any warrant shall be drawn on the City
Treasury to repay the fund for any purchases made, the City Council shall
audit the accounting of the Chief Administrative Officer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 19^8.

I, ELMER COOK, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park,
California, do hereby CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the said City and was approved by the Mayor of said
City at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day of
March, 1958, and that it was adopted by the following votes
AYES: Councilmen: Bishop, Cole, Holmes, Stephens and
Little John.
NOES: Councilmen: None
