RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY CONSTITUTION-
AL AMENDMENT NO. 1, RELATIVE TO THE LIMITATION
ON COUNTY TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, there has been introduced before the
Legislature of the State of California, Assembly Constitu-
tional Amendment No. 1, which would place a celling and
limitation on county taxes and assessments, and
WHEREAS, it Is believed that such Amendment Is to
the best Interests of the taxpayers of the State of Cali-
fornia,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council does hereby support and
endorse Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 1.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to forward
certified copies of this Resolution to Assemblymen Erwin,
Geddes.Bonelll, and to State Senator Richards.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1958.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
